Cutlist provides an online optimization tool that calculates efficient cutting plans for metal profiles. Users may receive their optimization results via email in PDF format after providing required information.

- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service

- You grant Cutlist a license to process your data to provide the Service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CUTLIST DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
- THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE
- THE OPTIMIZATION RESULTS WILL BE 100% ACCURATE OR OPTIMAL
8. Limitation of Liability
CUTLIST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM:
- THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
- ANY ERRORS IN THE OPTIMIZATION RESULTS
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA
9. Advertising and Monetization
The Service may display advertisements through Google AdSense and other advertising networks. By using the Service, you consent to:
- The display of personalized ads based on your browsing behavior
- The use of cookies and tracking technologies as described in our Privacy Policy
10. Termination
Cutlist reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service at any time without notice for any violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law

a) Governing Law:
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Libya, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. However, if you access the Service from another country, you may remain subject to the local laws of your jurisdiction (particularly for consumer protection or data privacy matters).
b) Disputes:

- If no agreement is reached, the competent courts of Tripoli, Libya, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the laws of your country prohibit such a jurisdiction (e.g., for EU residents).
